A number of our participants have asked us about buying their own cycle which they can use independently from our sessions. We have produced a fact sheet (which you can find here) on finding funding in order to buy a cycle.
Listed below are some of the manufacturers and suppliers who may have cycles you are interested in. We have some cycles at our sessions which you are welcome to come and try. We may not have the exact models, but we may have something similar.

Berg Balanz
The Berg Balanz is a 3 wheelsed bike that sits close to the ground.
BerkelBike
A BerkelBike is a hybrid between a handcycle and a recumbent bike. So the propelling is combined between arms and legs. They are available in 3 versions: detachable to own wheelchair, complete tricycle and stationary. Combined with our Impuls system even complete paralysed legs can be trained again actively.
Bikecare
Bikecare offer a range of adaptive technologies to allow most bikes to be used by disabled people. They also offer a service to convert your bicycle into a trike.

Buddy Bike
The Buddy Bike is the alternative tandem that places the smaller rider in front. Its innovative features provide adaptive, therapeutic and safe cycling for special needs families.
Cyclone Mobility and Fitness
They are a UK manufacturer of bespoke, lightweight wheelchairs and provider of therapy and fitness equipment to the disability market.
Da Vinci
Manufacturers of handcycles and trikes for adults and children. Veloce 7 and 24 speed handcyces. Da Vinci Speeder 7 and 24 speed hand propelled trikes. Power assist handcyles. Cycles customized to suit individuals abilities.

Double Performance supply high performance wheelchairs and handcycles.
