We have an experienced group of staff and volunteers who are committed to helping us provide our participants with a fun and safe cycling experience, whether at sessions, lessons, on rides or behind the scenes. We set high standards for our services and aim to provide training and support so each participant is respected as an individual and gets the help they need.

Our instructors are qualified to teach to the National Standards for Cycle Training. All staff (including volunteers) are required to undertake a Criminal Records Bureau check. Disability awareness training is also provided. All sessions (whether 1-1 lessons, fun rides or 3 and 4 wheeler sessions off road) are staffed by people with a First Aid qualification.
